- You haven't downloaded any design assets using Miniholt during your entire subscription period.
- You submit a refund request within your active subscription period (before it ends).

- Within the live chat section of your miniholt dashboard.
- In the footer section of our website at your website address: miniholt.com.
Important Information:
- We will process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving your WhatsApp request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription.
- We cannot offer refunds for subscriptions that have already ended, even if you haven't downloaded any assets.
